In order to register for a conference, training, or workshop, you will need an account on the system.
To start creating an account, click here.
When you first create your account, as explained in Question 1, you will be automatically sent to the "My Profile" page when you first login.
If you wish to complete your profile at a later date, or amend it, please login to the system, select the "User" menu at the top-right, and then select the "My Profile" option. Alternatively, you can click here.
At the bottom of the form, you will need to select an Establishment with which you are affiliated. Registered establishments will appear in the selection list based on the Country you selected in the "Contact Information" section. If your Establishment is not listed, please select "Other" and enter the name of your establishment in the text field that will appear.
Don't forget to click the "Submit" button to save your updated profile.
To recover your username or reset your password, you will need the email account which you have registered in the system.

Before you register for a conference, training, or workshop:
You can register for an event directly from the list of events using the "Register" button, or from the detailed information about the event.
For information on funding, please refer to the technical workshop announcement at http://www.ctbto.org/the-organization/workshops-training-and-exercises or the SnT webpage.
You can submit an abstract after you have registered for the event. At the bottom of the detailed page about the event, there will be a "Create Abstract" button.
You can save a draft of the abstract and preview the abstract before submission.
Once you submit an abstract to an event it becomes locked and cannot be edited again.
You may upload multiple abstracts under different themes.
CTNW stands for Conferences, Training, and Workshops. It is the CTBTO's primary platform for managing these events.
