To equip station operators with the knowledge and technical expertise required for the operation, maintenance, and management of an IMS infrasound station utilizing the Nanometrics Centaur digitizer. Upon completing the course, trainees will be capable of efficiently performing essential tasks related to station operations, reporting, and configuration management. They will also gain the skills to conduct proper State of Health (SOH) and data monitoring, as well as execute systematic equipment and software configuration and maintenance. Specifically, trainees will be able to:

Station Operators who have not previously attended similar training courses are particularly encouraged to apply. Station operation proceduresand monitoring tools. Daily State-of-Health and data monitoring. Discussion on interconnection between operations and maintenance activities, mitigation, troubleshooting and problem solving of failures with large impact on station performance.
