Participants Profile The meeting is aimed towards scientists, engineers, and other persons who have technical expertise in one of the four IMS technologies, the functions of the IDC, and in performance monitoring and testing. The participants are expected to provide their technical input to the VATP and related activities such as the Experiments. States Signatories are expected to nominate experts who will provide substantive inputs to these topics for discussion. Agenda States Signatories are encouraged to nominate qualified female candidates The following agenda is a draft and may be subjected to changes prior to the technical meeting. A detailed agenda will be provided to all participants prior to the technical meeting.

3. Discussion on specific comments received regarding the current draft of the VATP and suggested actions to address them.
4. Discussion on the draft VATP Rev 5.4.
